 The performances of Ilfov sportsmen have been awarded
The Ilfov County Direction for Sport has honored the performances
of the county’s sportsmen within a beautiful festivity, occasion with which the
year’s sportsmen were designed: Irina Muntean- bodybuilding and Nicolae
Stoian-karate.
 Constantina Dita, the best from the Balkans
The athlete Constantina Dita, Olympic marathon champion at
the Olympic Games from Beijing,
was designed the best sportsman from the Balkans, following the results of the
traditional inquiry made by the Bulgarian Press Agency BTA.
Constanta Dita has outmatched the Bulgarian Olympic rowing
champion, Rumyana Neykova and the Turkish fighter Ramazan Sahin, gold at Beijing.
 CSM Arad is 35 years old One of the most know sportive clubs from the country, CSM
Arad, celebrated 35 years since its establishment, an excellent opportunity to
review the many successes it had.
With this occasion, the Sport Gala took place, moment in
which the best sportsmen were honored.
 Alina Dumitru and Florin Bercean, the UEJ laureates The Olympic champion Alina
Dumitru and her coach, Florin Bercean, are the laureates of the Judo
European Union for 2008.
Alina Dumitru and Florin Bercean, were designed judoka and,
respectively, the trainer for feminine of the year.
Alina Dumitru won the gold medal at the Olympic Games from Berlin (48 kg category),
having being trained for 10 years by Florin Bercean.
Also, Iulian Surla and Aurelian Fleisz were designed the
best European kata couple.
The laureates of Constanta sport The Constanta County Direction for Sport, together with the County Council, published the Nominalization List of the ones who distinguished themselves during this year, the best sportsmen from the county, but, at the same time, the ones who have contributed to the successes of Constanta sport.
